Very original and creative

Sounded very professional, I liked what you did with the ending. The only criticism I can really make is that I though the middle part of the song wasn't epic enough, It did still sound good though.

Well, I did my best. I need some advice on how to improve...

Thanks 8)

It sounded good overall, I especially like the end part where the glitch came in. The only thing I can say really is I think it would sound better with heavier drums.

It was alright..

Maybe you could do something other than the main tune, as in intros/buildups, breaks and fills?

also the chords behind the main melody sounded out of tune to the melody.

WritersBlock responds:

Yeah, that would've been cool, I wanted to drop it out at one point and just have the bass, but it couldn't really hold its own like that, so I just kept it plain and simple. Didn't want to mix it up too much, since repetition is a key part of dance, but yeah, a bit more direction wouldn't have hurt.
Thanks for your comments.

Clean and professional.

It was good, I think it would sound good on a dancefloor.

Good song

Need stronger drums to go with that bassline though.

TheComet responds:

I'm not sure what you're listening to this song over, the kickers in this are pretty damn hard and are on the verge of peaking they're so much louder than the bassline <.<

A very good song, it kind of reminds me of the matrix..

itsameyayo responds:

Thanks!

-Yeah, matrix fricken' rocks, I love that movie and it's music :D

-Thanks for the kind review! Hope to hear more of your stuff.

Yeah it was alright, I thought the start was a bit suddent though, needs an intro. maybe you could've added some more variation by changing the cutoff through parts?

DJ-RF responds:

Yeah, this song is incomplete, and I don't plan on finishing it now.

It didn't sound uplifting until the higher pitched main parts, it sounded more like a horror movie, which may fit in with your comments, so ignore this part if it was intentional.

Anyways, I think there was too much reverb on the bells or percs or whatever you used, maybe you could lessen the reverb or use a piano?

TheReno responds:

Yeah It wasnt supposed to be happy towards the end. But yeah I guess I got fix the bells. Thanks for the help.

It doesn't loop right,

Maybe you could add some hats and keep a regular pumping kick beat, which is usually regular in happy hardcore and a tempo of around 170 - 180.

Idiosyncratic responds:

The looping part takes a little timing, I should redo that.

Actually Happy Herdcore is a running inside joke, so the loops and beats aren't really happy hardcore or anything like that. But thanks for the advice, and maybe for the next Happy Herdcore loop, I'll actually spend some time on the loop.

I didn't like it, it didn't flow right, it was out of rythm, and there were no proper transitions and it was quite short (or didn't loop if it was a loop).

You should have kept the intro going for 4 bars, then the main part going for 4 bars and etc, then it would sound right. You have to keep with the bars, usually you would give a section an amount of bars that is a multiple of 4 (ie. 8, 12 etc.) depending on how long you want it. You have to keep your drum with that beat aswell with maybe a filll patern on the 4th bar.
