To me it sounded like alot of it wasn't intime and you should think about adding more delay and reverb to your leads and the piano at the start, because it just sounds better. Also it was a bit repetitive aswell, you should try and put fills, breaks and maybe using a higher tempo. The percussion was quite wacky aswell.
And by the way this is definately not drum and bass... more like dance.
A good effort but it still needs alot of work.
